Clonmel-based information communication specialist Akkurat Publishing and Information Services has recently launched a new online Event Guide for South Tipperary. TIPPON.ie lists community and cultural events in the area as well as initiatives and projects people can get involved in. The website is set up in such a way that event organisers can upload and manage their own events and activities. Registered users can comment on events, activities and venues, customise the event guide to suit their interests and preferred locations and interact with event organisers. Other features of the website include a jumble sale section and a directory of venues, groups and facilities.
