  1. Never Leave the Scene of an accident even if it is minor.
  2. Take plenty photographs with a camera or mobile phone.
  3. Get the following informaton: The Driver's Name and Address/ The name and address of the car owner if different The Registration Number of the Vehicle. The Insurance Particulars of the Driver and the Car Owner (if different). The Names and Addresses of any Witnesses to the Accident including the names and addresses of Passengers in all vehicles.
  4. You should also immediately call the Garda Siochana and ask the Garda for their Name and Station.
