Due to the unprecedented number of queries on the issue we have prepared an information leaflet on the Civil Partnership and Certain Rights of Cohabitants Act 2010. This leaflet deals with Part 15 of the Act which establishes a redress scheme for both opposite-sex and same-sex couples who are not married or registered in a civil partnership.
